Box 1 1099R of my pension higher than box2a by $120. TT asking info I do not have regarding calculation of such. How can I get past this?

Do you have an amount in box 5?  My 1099R has the difference in box 5 and it doesn't ask me about it.

Yes the difference is listed in Box 5. I have filed this same 1099 for several years with the same numbers. This is the first time this has happened. It wants to know my calculation method for the box 5 number. this money is managed by my employer's choice of financial institutions, not me.
