PA income tax required forms

When you paper file the PA 40 (Income Tax) do you have to also send physical copies of 1099Rs and other federal tax  documents? If so, For all assets or just those that are taxable in PA?

Pennsylvania says, "You may need to submit other information such as copies of military orders (if on active duty outside Pennsylvania), Form(s) W-2 (if your employer withheld additional PA income tax), and tax returns you filed in other states (when requesting a PA Resident Credit)."

At a minimum, I would include any document that showed taxes withheld for PA.
