Our 2015 taxes were done on our mac bk pro that died. how can i transfer 2015 data to the mac air i am using

my only other thought is that intuit has a copy of our 2015 return?

You would not be able to, unless you have used our Online Product, or after downloading the .tax file, uploading it into our Online Service. By default when you save on CD/Download, it only saves a .tax file.
