Our 1099B has a number in undetermined B or E (basis not reported to the IRS). I know that it should be box E but the program is automatically putting it in box F.

How do we go about correcting it?

Our 1099B has a number in undetermined B or E (basis not reported to the IRS). I know that it should be box E but the program is automatically putting it in box F.

If you edit the transaction you can change the assigned Box to E.

If it is currently Box F, that's how you entered it.
