On " TT 2018: Let's enter XXX's HSA contributions", should I enter "0" on "Any contributions you personally made" if I made after tax contribution in March 2018 for 2017?

You should have put that March 2018 contribution on your 2017 return.

Whether you did or not, you would certainly not enter it on your 2018 return.

If you forgot to put the March 2018 contribution on your 2017 return, then you should amend your 2017 return (this should get you a refund of some sort).
