On the form 8962 Line 27 is N/A, Because the line 25 is less than 24... Do I put a zero for line 27 and 29?

TurboTax doesn't recommend entering zeros, usually.  It can confuse the computer into thinking there's a calculation to process when there isn't.

Try leaving them blank, however, if you get an error message, then enter zeros.
