On my 1099R form I cannot find where I paid taxes in on my return statement

My 1099 form says I paid in $2455.45 on my retirement withdrawal but it’s not showing on my tax returns

Are you talking about the income tax paid on the distribution? If so, this is reflected on Line 25B on the 1040.

Withholding from retirement distributions should appear on Form 1040, Line 25 b. You can verify that it's there by viewing the forms in Turbo Tax.
