On April 1st 2017 I went on social security. I am still working Part time and are claiming 0 deductions on my W4 form.

I worked Full time from Jan 1 -Mar 31 2017 so Federal and State taxes where taken out. Do I have to estimated taxes or can I just file in 2018 without paying a penalty?
