Ohio Senior Citizen credit

Software program will not let me delete $50 Ohio Senior Citizen credit as I have already taken in 2018 the Lump Sum Distribution credit

Ohio Senior Citizen credit

In TurboTax, in the Ohio state income tax return, at the screen Lump sum retirement credit in prior year?, you are allowed to delete the $50 Ohio senior Citizens Credit.
