I live in Massachusetts but work for a New Hampshire based company. I received dividends and interest this year. Do I need to fill out a DP-10 in this circumstance? Or is the DP-10 only for NH residents?

Is the DP-10 only for NH residents? Yes
No. you don't need to file form DP-10. Your Interest and dividend are not taxable in NH if you were a non-resident. Only the interest and dividend income earned during that portion of the year for which you were a New Hampshire resident is taxable.
NH INTEREST AND DIVIDENDS TAX RETURN
Interest and Dividend should be reported on the state return which you were resident of when you received it.
