NC Bailey Settlement

I am working on my 2024 taxes and selected “Bailey Settlement” as an option for my civil service retirement income. TurboTax is showing that I still owe state income tax for that income

I have always used the desktop option but now it doesn’t seem to be available and I must use the app. How can I fix this?
