My wife has student loans from quite a while ago. I was told that out taxes may be taken for those and I may have to file another form to stop that or get my part back.
We just got married this past year and her student loans are from years ago, is there a way to stop our taxes from being taken or get my part back if they do take them? We also have two children that we are claiming as well.
