My pension plan monthly installment statement has no Payer TIN

The statement is not a 1099R its just a statement with no payer TIN. How do I enter this in income?

My pension plan monthly installment statement has no Payer TIN

If you are getting monthly pension benefits then you should have a 1099R.  You need to get it from the plan or from their website.

My pension plan monthly installment statement has no Payer TIN

Contact the Payer of the pension.  They are required to provide you a Form 1099-R for the pension income received for the year.  They are also required to provide the IRS the same information using Form 1099-R.
