My government 1099-r box 2a shows "unknown" but I cannot enter that in your program. what do I do since Box 4 shows $7677 in tax was withheld?

Why can't I enter unknown for box 2a in form 1099-r form federal government?

Leave that box BLANK in the program since Unknown is not a valid entry then complete all the following screens in that section... do not skip any.
