My federal Statement of Annuity Paid is labeled 1099-R, not CSA-1099-R. I uploaded this form and am in a loop where I'm asked questions that aren't pertinent. Idea why?

What’s it asking you?  Did you import it?  If you entered it as the wrong kind of 1099R you can delete it and enter it again manually.

What is listed in the left margin of the form.....there's probably squint-print there typed vertically.

I've seen several in past years, where the  "CSA 1099-R" is printed there.  (or CSF-.... for a surviving spouse)
