My digital 1099-G form does not have a box 10a, 10b, or 11. I am not able to move on with filing my return without filling these boxes. I am filing from PA.

If you had no State Tax withheld on your 1099-G, leave Boxes 10a, 10b and 11 blank when entering in TurboTax.

FYI ... you only fill in the boxes you have filled in on the form in your hand ... if you don't have a box then leave it blank ... no zero placeholders allowed.
