My broker (TD Ameritrade) sent me a consol. tax statement The last 52 have the 1099-B details. Do I upload the consol. form or just the 1099-B details?

consol. = consolidated.  The first  two pages have the 1099-INT, -MISC, -DIV details the the 1099-B  summary.

Regarding stock and options, for Box A and Box D, only wash sales or other adjusted transactions have to be itemized in detail , either on your e-Filed 8949, or by mail-in.

The other transactions without adjustments can be aggregated. Report the sub-totals of cost and proceeds for those transactions on Schedule D Line 1a or Line 8a respectively.

Note: TurboTax now tries to do exactly this for you. this is undocumented.

What do  "Box A and Box D"refer to?

Regarding the e-Filed 8949, should I delete  pages so I upload only the 8949?  Is PDF OK?   Or do I only upload the only wash sales or other adjusted transactions?

Can I send you the Consolidated report (PDF format) and you tell me what to do and where to do it?
