My box 7 of form 1099r reflects nondisability. Which code do I use?

Does it give a number or a letter code, or just a description?

I assume that you are receiving a 1099-R from the OPM.

You should choose "7-Normal Distribution", because that's what it is.

For whatever reason, the OPM changes the wording to "7 - NONDISABILITY", but a code 7 is a code 7.
