My bank acct. are with first tennessee bank and tiaa bank and my other accts. are with tiaa/cref - none of these accts are on your screen - how do we keep on?

If you are trying to enter interest or retirement income and do not see financial institution, you will need to manually enter your information.

Go the bottom of the screen for the type of income and click the "I'll Type It in Myself" button.
