Does this rule for filing by mail for federal return ("filing on paper by mail, staple the 1099-R to your Federal income tax return ONLY if there is an entry in Box 4 for Federal income tax withheld. ), apply to Missouri State Tax Return filed by mail? I have some 1099-Rs that I did not include in Federal mailing--different rule for Missouri State Return?

You must include copies of the 1099-R IF there are state withholdings Box 14 and you are mailing the return.
