Military Retirement and Civil Service Pension Income

Under the State tax (Ohio) section I'm trying to enter my years of military service under the section "Military Retirement and Civil Service Pension Income". I have 13 years, 10 months of active-duty service. If I enter 13.83 (prorated) for years TurboTax rounds it up to 14 years. Do I leave it at that, or do I enter just full years as 13?

Leave it at the rounded number, 14.  Ohio divides that number by the total years of federal service to arrive at the percentage of your federal service retirement pay that is for military service and excluded from taxable income.
