I have the same problem- I got the $250 REBATE FROM STATE OF LA- got a 1099-G but none of the descriptions match the form!!!! Do we claim this?

To enter the 1099-G to your tax return that was received from the State of Louisiana to Frontline Workers, you would enter it following the instructions below, depending on your circumstances.
