Keeps asking for Canadian pension information

I have tried the suggestions in the similar questions but nothing works. What the heck is going on here. Please fix this NOW.

We have information that in some cases this situation could have been created if you imported a 1099-R from your financial institution. If this applies to you, we recommend that you delete that 1099-R and re-enter it manually.
