Who knows, but:

* It consumes resources

* It produces no revenue

* It probably has a limited user base (which is likely declining due to fewer users itemizing, among other things)

BTW, some users have "threatened" to take their business elsewhere yet no other company offers anything comparable to It's Deductible (so there would appear to be no advantage to a switch).
