Do I check qualified gov or public pension on the 1099-R form or none of the above if I am collecting a pension from Michigan Office of retirement services?

I am a retired Michigan school employee collecting pension. I have a Document which says generally report distributions on the l099-R form. I am not sure which area to check on the page that asks...Where is this distribution from?

It is a Qualified Government pension.
