The desktop version does provide a what if worksheet but the online version does not.
By using overrides to cost-of-living adjusted limits in the CD/download desktop version of TurboTax, you can also get a more precise estimate than the What-if Worksheet available in forms mode generally provides since the What-If Worksheet doesn't capture all of the potential interactions related to AGI, among other things.
Contact TT support and NICELY request a downloaded program since you have the need to use the What If tool. Then in the future always use the superior downloaded version ... see below...

What is Forms Mode?
Forms Mode lets you view and make changes to your tax forms "behind the scenes."
If you're adventurous, you can even prepare your return in Forms Mode, but we don't recommend it. You may miss obscure credits and deductions you qualify for, and you may forget to report things that will come back and haunt you later.
Forms Mode is exclusively available in the TurboTax CD/Download software. It is not available in TurboTax Online.
