Is there a difference between a ROTH 401k and a ROTH IRA? I've already entered the 401k from the W-2.

A Roth 401(k) is not a Roth IRA.

Enter amounts in box 12 of your W-2 only in box 12 of TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax.
