Why is there no option to enter a Roth 403B, which has a much higher contribution max, rather than the allowed choice of Roth IRA?

Is the 403B deducted from your paychecks?

You are in the IRA contribution area. 

The 403b and the 401K's are deducted from your paychecks at the employer, and are already entered on the W-2.

They do not get entered again in TurboTax as an IRA contribution.
