Is my Roth IRA distribution I took count for income refered to as stocks, bonds, other investments(1099-B)?

No.  The distribution is reported to you on a 1099-R and the "IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)" is the interview you'll use.  Activity inside the IRA such as stock sales, interest and dividends is not reported in your income tax return.
