Only if you itemize your deductions and have medical expenses that are greater than 7.5% of your AGI and total itemized expenses that are more than your standard deduction of $12,000 if you are under 65 and single or $13,600 if you are over 65 and single.  If you are married then all of your itemized deductions would need to be greater than $24,000
