As long as you have not already tranmitted your return and is has not been accepted by the IRS, you can make changes to your return. 

To get to the 1099-B interview in TurboTax, go here:

• Select Federal Taxes
• Wages & Income
• You may need to click on Skip to see all income
• Scroll down to Investment Income
• Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other
• Start
