Is a 409a non-qualified deferred compensation plan a 457 non-qualified pension plan? Don't recall this TurboTax question in the past - unsure how to answer.
The answer is no. Eligible deferred compensation plans under Code Section 457(b) are exempt (by statute) from Section 409A.

The answer is no. Eligible deferred compensation plans under Code Section 457(b) are exempt (by statute) from Section 409A.
