To identify the amount of your contribution, you need to review the 1040 Form. If you filed a 1040, then the amount of your deduction on line 32 will be the amount of your contribution, if you were able to take the full deduction.
If you filed 1040A, then the amount of your deduction on line 17 will be the amount of your contribution if you were able to take the full deduction.
If you were unable to take the full deduction or you are not sure if you took the full deduction, you can log into your Turbo Tax account and choose the option to add a state return because this will open up the interview portion of Turbo Tax. Then you can review your entries by clicking on "federal taxes", "deductions and credits", and scroll down to "retirement and investments", and click on "revisit" next to "Traditional and Roth IRA" contributions.
