IRA 2022 distribution recognition on 2021 tax filing 60 day pull ahead

IRA distributions during the first 60 days of 2022: can they be pulled ahead and recognized as taxable income in the 2021 filing ?   And if so how is that accomplished in TurboTax ?

No. Income and deductions run from January 1 to December 31 for calendar year taxpayers.
