Income Summary Tab Line Item Not Updating

on TTD 2025, on the Income Summary Tab, under the line-item for Income from 1099-MISC and the line-item for 1099-G, the screen still shows Available Now, even after data has been entered and DONE has been clicked.  The amounts entered in those two line-items are correctly included in the Picture of your Income 2025

but they do NOT show up on the Income Summary Page.

Sometimes this happens due to how the income from 1099-Misc is categorized (Sch C or Sch E) to avoid double taxation. Also, Form 1099-G may not appear if it is not taxable.

Since you are using the TTD version, you are able to change to Forms Mode by clicking on the Forms Mode option at the top right. There, you can:

• Review your 1099-Misc and 1099-G Worksheets to verify that your data is there 
• Review your Schedule 1 or Form 1040 to verify the data is there

If your data is in the above Forms, your tax return is accurate. Note: If the data is not there, do not manually override the Forms. 

For more peace of mind and wanting to see the data instead of "Available Now", you can also force a refresh by deleting the Forms (Going to Tax Tools, Delete a Form) and re-entering them. 

You can also check for updates to ensure your TTD is up to date.
