I don’t have info that is being requested from you on the 1099-R I received How do I get to report the income and the taxes I paid from the lump sum? Can you please help?

In turbo tax deluxe. Go to fedaral taxes, wages and income, click on  I"ll choose what I work on, scroll down to retirement plans and social security. Then click on (visit all). You can then add your info. Or click on update next to IRA, 401k, pension plan withdrawals(1099-R). You can add another 1099R or edit existing 1099R
