In the 1099-R form concerning payer info, there's a line item "The corrected box is checked". What is this and do I check it or leave it blank?

If you have a corrected 1099-R (a replacement because the original 1099-R has an error so the issuer send a corrected 1099-R) then check it, otherwise do not.
