In 2018, will social security and California state retirement be taxable? If so, where do I enter these on the 2018 Tax Estimate worksheet?

There have been no changes in the taxability of either of these income sources in 2018.  You can enter the same amounts as you had in 2017, is any was taxable in 2017.
