If you received a distribution of any kind from your retirement plan (other than a loan), you should receive Form 1099-R from the plan administrator. That form will have the info you need to enter in TurboTax for your tax return.
The mailing date for Form 1099-R is January 31. If you don't receive a copy shortly after than date, you may wish to contact the retirement plan office for assistance.
