You can enter wash sale adjustments when you enter summary totals. To do so, while on the page that says "Now, we'll enter one sales section total on your TD Ameritrade 1099-B" where you enter the cost basis and proceeds, you need to click on the check box just below the "Cost basis" entry box that says "I need to adjust my total cost basis". Checking that box will cause a list of adjustments to appear. Ener the amount of the adjustment and then scroll down to select the option for "W (nondeductible loss from a wash sale)"
when you enter a summary, check the box that says "I have adjustments".
More boxes will open.
