TurboTax says that you can't do a payment plan if you've done one in the past 5 years. If the IRS has approved the payment plan can I sign my TurboTax return?

If you have an approved payment plan for 2018 from the IRS you can complete your taxes and sign them.  Select pay by check for payment option before you print so you don't sign up for the payment plan twice. Here is more info:
