If when filling in info on my 1099R, I checked the box "I have more than one value in box 7" by mistake. How do I correct this?

I removed the check mark but when I continue it does not remove it.

In the second box 7 selection box, simply select "(no entry)."

If that doesn't work, delete and reenter the Form 1099-R.
