do not confuse EIP2 with EIP3 ($1,400)

Report EIP1 and EIP2 to TurboTax if you got those or a partial payment of those already.

Yes, if you received the second stimulus in early 2021 you enter the amount you received. The second stimulus was $600 for most people. The third stimulus started going out in March 2021. The amount for most people was $1400- you do not report this payment on your 2020 tax return.
