If I moved my IRA to a Roth IRA in 12-2009, taxes paid in 2010, took out $10K in 2018, how do I show the $10K on my 2018 taxes? I turned 60 in 2018 and am on SSDI.

Your financial institution managing the Roth should issue you a 1099-R for the $10,000 distribution.

There should be a code "Q" in Box 7. This code designates it as a Qualified Roth Distribution which would be nontaxable.

If you have not received this form, I would recommend you contact the financial institution.

Here's how you enter it once you have received:

If the Form 1099-R instead has code T, be sure to click the Continue button on the Your 1099-R Entries page and indicate that your had a Roth IRA before 2014.
