Yes, if your spouse has enough earned income to cover both spouses' contributions to IRA accounts.

For you to have a spousal contribution made to your Roth IRA, your spouse must have greater compensation than you (more than $3,000) and you must file jointly.  Also, the sum of the contributions to your own IRA(s) and to your spouse's IRA(s) cannot exceed your combined compensation.
