If my 1099 efilings have been submitted but not accepted by midnight will they be late?

I must efile my 1099s for my subcontractors by midnight tonight. I have submitted them on the quick employer turbotax website and their status says "processing efile request". if they are not accepted before the deadline are they late?

As long as they are submitted by midnight of the due date, they are considered to be filed on time even if they are accepted after the deadline.
