If I worked in New Jersey and retire in Puerto Rico, do I pay any Federal or State taxes on my pension?

Once you no longer live in the states and make PR your residence then you will file a PR return but no state return.

You will need to enter your 1099R on your federal tax return. Your retirement income is taxable on your federal return. I do not know if PR taxes retirement income.

How do i fix, due to my UK Pension, i do not have a valid EIN for my 1099-R, so my federal tax was rejected. How do i refile my returns? Do i need to do a manual filing?
