If I already paid Oregon taxes 219.33 for an RMD 2193.34 from an inherited IRA where do document that I already paid OR State Tax in TurboTax for Oregon State Tax Return?

When I took the $2193.34 RMD, I had federal taxes withheld ($526.4) and Oregon State Taxes withheld ($219.33). TurboTax is not showing credit for this when doing the Oregon State Tax Return. How do I document that I already paid state taxes in TurboTax Oregon State Tax Return?
