I found the file on my backup hard drive from last year. The extension ".tax2020" was not visible , but did return a file. I was able to get that file to transfer. Appreciate the help.

Sorry we didn't think of that. Windows tries to hide the extension from people because it can be confusing.
Very glad you found that backup. One can't have too many backups.
