I took out a loan from my 401k but I did not receive a 1099R form. Do I need to file this on taxes?

No, you do not have to report a loan from your 401K on your tax return and will not receive a Form 1099-R.
The only time you would have to pay taxes on that loan would be if you did not pay it back.
